Enjoy delicate dim sum, elevated starters and tempting main courses in an opulent setting evoking royal Cantonese culture in the heart of Silicon Valley.

Meet our new all-star team driving iChina’s updated vision: 
 

  • Chef Mike Shen whose talents lie in Cantonese cuisine, with years of experience including with Hakkasan Group and its restaurants in North America and London, as well as positions at Marriott and Ritz Carlton hotels in Singapore and more.

  • Chef Xia An He, specializing in the art of dim sum.

  • International pastry consultant Graham Hornigold who brings years of experience in luxury restaurant and hotel groups including Mandarin Oriental and The Lanesborough.
